This Refund Policy explains how SeedMotion handles refunds for subscriptions, credits, in-app purchases, and other digital purchases connected to the Services.
Most mobile purchases are handled by the app marketplace where the purchase was made.
When Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, SeedMotion honors that platform result and updates the user's entitlements accordingly.
1. Store Purchases
If you purchased through Google Play, use Google Play refund tools or support channels first.
If you purchased through Apple App Store, use Apple's report-a-problem or purchase history refund flow first.
When Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, we honor the approval after confirmation and update related SeedMotion entitlements, credits, subscription access, or paid features.
2. Credits and Entitlements
Refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed purchases may cause credits, generations, exports, subscription time, or paid features to be removed, reduced, disabled, or recalculated.
If a platform has approved a refund but your entitlement has not updated, contact support with proof of the approved refund.
3. Abuse and Legal Rights
We may deny, delay, reverse, or investigate refund-related requests where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, payment manipulation, or misuse of credits or subscriptions.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
